Carole’s MBE is proof she thrives under pressure: as Deputy High Commissioner in Malta, she co-ordinated the evacuation (at speed) of civilians from Libya in 2011. She gets to grip with things quickly and has worked in a number of start-ups, including as development director at a law firm. She’s lived and worked all over the world, in the public and private sectors, and now runs her own business.
Carole also specialises in
Employee grievance and dispute resolution
Working with Government departments and NGOs
Multi-site and international business operations
Coaching and development for presentations and other professional skills
